Why do I need to register with VisualDNA Shops?
You need to register to be able to make money from quiz completes, customise your shop's size and color, see detailed analytics about your users and add your own custom products. You can register from here by entering your email address and we will then send you registration details and assign you a password for your account. Initial registration is the same for both editions of VisualDNA Shops - you can upgrade to the Professional Edition when you've registered.
All you need to do to register is provide your name, confirm your email address, select the Amazon shop from which you would like to source products and read and agree to our Terms and Conditions - we will then send you an email to confirm your registration details and assign you a password for your account.
When I've registered, how do I get my shop?
You can have your VisualDNA Shop up and running in under five minutes. All that's required of you is to select the type of shop that best fits your target users and to paste the widget code we supply into your site's HTML script at the place where you want your shop to appear - so in just a few clicks you'll have a fully stocked and functioning shop ready to generate sales for you.
How do I sign in?
You can sign in here. Use the email address that you submitted and the password you received on registration.
I have forgotten my password.
To retrieve your password, simply click the 'Forgotten password?' link in the navigation menu of shops.visualdna.com. You will need to submit the email address that you used to register and an email will be sent to you with a new password. When you have signed in, you can then change this password to something more memorable on your Account page.
Can I change my email address and password once I've registered?
Yes - you can change both your registered email address and your password on your Account page, which is viewable via the "Help" link in the navigation menu. There are also direct links to edit these details in the site's footer bar.
How can I invite my friends to create some VisualDNA Shops?
Simply click the "Invite A Friend" link in the navigation menu, enter their email address and an invitation will be sent. Invites are currently limited to five per Shops account because we do not want to overload our system while we are launching VisualDNA Shops - we hope to allow unlimited invites soon.
